Just Get It

How far will the gatekeepers go to discourage a reader? Upon making request after request for a particular reading material, some gatekeepers have gone to great length to explain what can not be done to get the requested material, instead of attempting to get the material.. The last response, was about copyright infringement!!! I am requesting educational material !!??!! If this was true, I could digest it somewhat better but instinct tells me this is one more excuse for the gatekeeper to not perform his or her job.
