Yes Amelia, I know you heard folks speak of a color blind society, but there are many more people who would cause harm to African-Americans if there were not laws to throw them under the slammer. I have a blogger that like to post mean and vile postings to my site...it does not take much courage to do this, harassment, but he would need a crowd to burn KKK on my front yard...he is a "bully on the net". According to AdvanceIndiana, Indiana does not have hate crime legislation.
That fact should be changed in the state of Indiana.
