Evidence- confession and John Mark Karr's emails to Michael Tracey

The Boulder, Colorado District Attorney Mary Lacey gives little information about the ongoing investigation or evidences tying Karr to JonBenet's murder during a press conference held this afternoon. The D.A. expressed no charges have been filed at this time against Karr, that the document is under seal.

John Mark Karr appearance on television, appears not as someone attracted to girls as much as a possible gay pedophilia that get pleasure from viewing children. Karr was reported by news reports to have an interest in child pornography.

Some in the media, are expressing that Karr's was being thrown out of Thailand. The Thailand contacted the United States that Karr was being deported. Because Karr had been arrested for child pornography, a threat of harm to children could be a public safety issue. In additional Karr's international travel could be seen as a risk of flight causing his immediate arrest, before enough evidence could be collected for charges.

However, the umbrella of suspicion has been lifted from the parents with an investigation supplying enough evidences to support probable cause for Karr's arrest in the United States. The confession, along with details of what, when, how and why, and emails and letters written to different individuals are limited to prove murder but is enough for an arrest.
