I don't have HBO and I didn't make an effort to get to someone who does. So, I guess that I'll have to catch the rental. I heard that it was really fantastic.
My daughter got a digital box for two days for me to watch. I was outraged that the levee breaks were being treated as news, and the government or more people were not outraged.
Spike has some coverage by other countries, and some comments about other countries willing to come in to save us. I was quite touched by that, while Bush did his best Bush.
But, I don't think Spike reaches the emotional level of what G_itch has maintained on her weblog. It is not over, it is simply not over, and a demand for government to do more is still needed.
Either tonight will be too painful to watch or more of a political attack on Bush. I am hoping that it will focus on the recovery for the many folks whom lives have been disrupted.
