Indianapolis did a study on violence crime. The media keeps pointing to the African-American community to do something with their children. And demanding for the clergy, ministers, preachers, pastors, who are fleecing the women in their churches, to get out of their comfort zone and go out into the community by doing something with the parents, meaning male involvement. The elected officials wants more police on the street or more money. But, the Indianapolis study suggest that stopping the racial discriminatory practice of containment or isolation in neighborhoods by government policies may be a solution.
The study suggest that if you stop clustering poor people into the same area, violence crime numbers may go down. It suggest that if you infill abandoned neighborhoods, certain types crime will go down. In other words build housing and businesses to remove elements of abandonment that makes neighborhoods unsafe. In doing so, foot traffic in neighborhoods and not just the police presence will get eyewitnesses that may deter crime. It's pretty simple. But if the point of the media is rationalizing racialist (and no I don't mean racist when I typed racialist) views, just keep counting the dead bodies and call it a black problem,
