OOPS-World Trade Center-the movie
Update: If anyone seen or experienced the real disaster of 9/11, the movie pales in comparison. However, it is a painful reminder of the horror and lost lives. But, the movies shows the commitment and spirit of folks whom work is about saving lives. Not, those who punch a clock and wait for the 8 hours, but those when called during a time of needs, will call out, "I'll go." At times I felt it was a commercial, calling for a few good men, with the forever soldier, who is called to duty even when he is no longer on active duty. I was wondering out loud about the absence of African-American males among the other males in this men as heroes movie. They say it was a mistake. wink-wink.. I guess it still depends on the race of the storyteller, the truth about African-Americans in America's History.
