John F. Hanley, a Marion County Superior judge in Indianapolis was arrested driving while drunk. It was reported that Hanley alcohol level was .16 , twice the amount of an intoxicated person. One quote in the article, "He's a good man. He's been accused of making a mistake," Shroyer said. "This time of year, with Christmas parties and all the holiday revelry, there's sure to be the annual list of embarrassing events." It's no mistake to get behind the wheel, put the key in the ignition and drive out after you had to drink. You just don't care.
