Dear Police Chief Rusty York
City of Fort Wayne
The bully patrol was in the neighborhood today. I noticed them out my back window. As well as my new neighbor's building a fence. My neighbor probably has not been in the neighborhood more than six months. But, has been a victim of burglary at least once. By building his fence, he will reduce the pass through traffic. Criminals who pass through to see what you got for a quick grab, or to move property to a new location.
So seeing this,I was a little alarmed. Especially with the weather warming up, and with my last meet and greet with a break in "at the top of my stairs" moment. So, I decided to do what I do best, investigate. When I finally caught up with officers driving cars #430, #129, and #138. I did not ask their names, after their rude and insolent behavior. Specifically car #129, I asked him what was going on? He decided to be a smart mouth. Me, of all people, I am not the one. Remember I wrote you about behavior that was unbecoming of another one of your officer.
I still believe these officers need cultural sensitive training, and gender issue training thrown in there too. Officers with smart mouths and guns are not a good mix. Tone it down with the testosterone, the officer was only required to answer a question not to "F" it up. Here's an article to help them get over themselves.
Three of the five policemen whose 50-bullet barrage killed an unarmed man on his wedding day were indicted Friday in a case that heightened racial tensions and renewed allegations that the city's officers are too fast on the trigger. Here another article to give to them or read to them during roll call.
I hope I am not asking too much, but Police Chief Rusty York, could you tell your bully patrols they are not members of the Klu Klux Klan organization. Sorta remind them, they are members of a law enforcement agency. And when a citizen asks a question, don't get informal with them, nor unprofessional or rude and insolent. Don't tell them to not worry about it. I am not street or their wives. Just answer the "GD" question.
Sincerely,
A law abiding citizen
P.S. I am working on my name calling. Time between 2:30 p.m.-2:45 p.m.
AWB nor Lucy or Everett were in my neighborhood when this incident happened.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I did type on this blog what happened. So AWB and Friends decided to do a hypo about the incident. The hypo is missing all the facts in which I posted.
This explains the world they live in. Try taking all the facts and create another hypo.
obstructive of justice is an act of trying to influence a witness or an investigation. Asking a question is not obstructive of justice, but community policing of your neighborhood.
However, if a police officer has contempt for taxpaying asking question, to dismiss them they use an action to belittle, browbeat, it called intimidation.
So Police Chief York, please include in the cultural sensivity training, gender training of your officers, definition of legal term who can type the words but clearly does not understand the legal terms.
P.S. Lucy, (who have never seem )(don't know if it's a he or she, young or old, or just pseudo for AWB attacks on me the blogger that will not tolerate his or her racial naming calling on my blog )is still trying to figure out what raced white means, so understanding legal terminology is going to take a while, I believe.
And remember, TOS discourage harrassment on the blog ask Lucy or AWB he or she can tell you all about that.
I did the article questioning why you would be upset to have police in your neighborhood and why you thought they have to answer your questions about what they were doing.
ReplyDeleteI left absolutely no facts out, I summarized what I read but provided a direct link to your story in its entirety, by doing that I was not only able to try and figure out what you were upset about, and present your story in your very own words.
Questioning why I would be upset.
ReplyDeleteWell Lucy I expressed why I was upset in the article. Did you read it? Or were you so shocked that I would question a police officer? ?
It's called freedom of speech.
When you suggested if police in your response..not my words, you are giving your reader different facts. My story tells what happen to me, it was not about you, Everett, or your host of friends.. It was about me.
See the difference...I know you like to tell it like it is on your sites. I like to tell it like it is through my lens on my blogspot. And unless you have some concrete evidence to dispute my experience, you're making it up as you go along.
Now go back and read my post again and compare it to your post and see all my facts you left out.
You even tried to order my steps by suggesting how you would have responded. I am not you. I do have the audacity to question a police officer. And it's not the first time or nor the last. I've questioned the attorney general, wo what's the big deal? I've questioned the Mayor, so what's the big deal. And if I see the President, I'll question him too.
And when they come into my neighborhood, I am not hiding or running. And they better act like they got some sense, and bow down. And if he or she have probably talking to me, they should hurry up and get into a cultural or gender awareness class.
And you know why, because I don't have no problem reporting them. That's right Lucy, bow down. If they thought that they are not under scrutiny when they come into my neighborhood, they know now. Police are public servants..so serve me because I am not a criminal.
You probably did not know this Lucy, but they are employees and guess who they work for?
I am a fellow blogger who blogs to educate. You are entitled to your opinion and I am entitled to mines.
And who u are to me is just a blogger. I don't know and will not pretend to know you based on what is posted on this blog.
I am not impressed with bullies.
Thanks for posting, and keep reading
