The strong ones in the Balck community throughtout the US will help to get you out, while the weak ones make excuses and want to blame your pushing and your mother for what it is very clear a rasist pig judge has done to you. I will pray for your continued strenght in this ordeal. I am careful as to what I say, becasue I have just hear of this this morning on the radio, and listening to it now as I write, and I am too angry to be calm. I'm old school and I just want bus loads from every state down there tomorrow, armed and ready for a riot - but todays Blacks what to hold hand and sing and write letters. I pray for an early release while they (the officals in Paris) continue to laugh because they have no fear, becasue we have not given them any.

God is truly in control of everything and has a plan for you. I know at this time you are feeling "Why Me" and that is okay- but realize this- God allows us to go through things for a reason- even when they are negative- trusting in God and having faith he will truly change the negative into a positive. You have truly opened up doors and many oppurtunities for so many others in the black community. Shaquanda look at yourself as a HERO- God is using you. My prayers are truly with you, your mom and Brenda. Keep the Faith. For faith is the substance of things hoped for , the evidence of things not seen. Heb 11:1

Shaquanda, they may have taken your freedom, but remember it's only temporary. Don't let them break your SPIRIT and your FAITH. The only way to get over this is to go thru it with your head held high. Their injustice will be repaid to them justly by GOD, because he's the ultimate judge, jury and executioner. Keep your head up a pray everyday good things will happen.

Shaquanda I recently learned of your ordeal. I am thinking about you. Do not let this drag you down. That is what the bad people want. You and your mother can survive this. God is not on there side. God can see your inner sadness and joy and he sees the badness of others. Hebrews 4:13 says that all things are exposed to God. Do not feel alone because we are with you in one way or another. Pray to the God that you know even if you have to cry out to him and beg him to watch over you and protect you, he will hear you. I am a parent. I love you. I know that you could be my child. Therefore, I will watch over you in the media and pray for you and your mother. Be wise, have faith and pray everyday. God is alive. From time to time I will write you a letter to hold in your hands to read for comfort and support. Love from a mother and concerned citizen. May God be with you

Prejudice people are all around us. Satan will use anyone to destroy a young person like yourself. Let this make you strong and do not hurt yourself in there. You may be needed in the world one day when you get out. Read good books and possibly start a diary for your thoughts, it could be a best seller one day. Remember God is powerful beyond what is normal. The spirit of your case is spreading. I will make sure my people know and friends also. Be strong young sister, grow into the woman you are meant to be. Remember great people have been where you are. People like Marten Luther King, Rosa Parks and so on. Pray, pray and pray,God listens and he will act in time.

Please remember God never makes mistakes. I know it seems that way at times, but please remember he is using you because you are strong, and he wants to use your testimony to witness to someone. So stay strong and know that the “JOY OF THE LORD IS YOUR STRENGTH”

    Shaquanda,

Remember that God still has a plan for you, A plan, not to harm you, but to give you hope and a future. We don't always know why God allows us to go through certain things in life, but He assures us that He will bring us through it, and that He never leaves us alone. This is only a season, but this too shall pass. Do not give up hope in God and in the prayers of the righteous, for they shall accomplish much. And those who Jesus sets free is free indeed! My family is praying for you also. Begin to thank God in advance for your freedom. This is only a temporary situation. Be encouraged and focus only on one day at a time.

    shaquanda,
i dont know you personally but i believe that you used to stay down the street from my cousin, tamiera, who used to braid your hair. my mom stays in paris and i have been on the computer trying to keep up with the trials and tribulations that you are having to go through. everytime i see something about your situation it makes me want to cry even thinking about brings hurt to my heart and tears to my eyes. GOD is on your side and HE will see you through. Keep your head up and know that everything is going to be alright. JOY DOES COME IN THE MORNING!!!! I will be praying for you and I will have my church family in Washington to begin to pray for you. Those people might not be worried about the injustice that was served to you but on JUDGEMENT DAY those same people have to answer to the MAN upstairs!!! Keep your head up baby girl and have FAITH that GOD will see you through.
