Winter and March's wind has been rough on our red white and blue. The weather has been harsh on many of the old flags in the community,
I was surprised by the dirty ripped and torn flag flying in Southgate near Krogers.
Maybe it's just me, but I thought the flag was to be without blemish. Can you name other places where you're seen some of the tattered-looking flags in our community?
