Kevin Leininger must have wanted to place the big baller on the front of the newspaper. Because, Leininger surely was not serious that the loan that given to Matt Kelty was the issue. If the person or persons who provided the loan did not place any stipulation on the funds, as it has been reported, then wants the beef?
Where's the compelling argument for campaign reform? I don't see any state actors in this mess.
I understand that the new treasurer of the Allen County suggested that their was no conspiracy theories but that is debatable. And I think the big boy representing the Indiana Republican Party shone a highlight on that issue. It was clear that some in the local G.O.P. was out to get Kelty and he did not have a clue.
But it was not clear then, transparency exist now.
