The Fort Wayne Redevelopment Dream Team have come to agreements in the signing of each of their agreement with the City of Fort Wayne. The Dream Team consist of Jason Freier, Chief Executive Officer for Hardball Capital, for Hardball Capital and Barry Real Estate, Deno Yiankes, President and CEo for White Lodging Services Investments and Development, and David Ong, President of Acquest Realty, who played a major role in the private/public partnership.
City Council approval is not needed, all papers are signed. The issue of competitive bidding is not an issue because of the unique of the position of managing the project.
