Seven entities will be invited to meet with the board during its budget review in late October. Those units are the Fort Wayne-Allen County Airport Authority, Allen County Public Library, Wayne Township Trustee’s Office, Citilink, Indiana Department of Child Services, Southwest Fire District, and Northwest Fire Territory.
First of all, in case you did not notice folks are losing jobs meaning they need long hours to meet transportation need. Where is ya'll brains. If anything you need to increase CitiLINK budget. And have not Wayne Township Trustee, Richard Stevenson come before Allen County Commission twice already for a loan for Wayne Township clients? But, both of these agency serves the most needy citizens of FORT WAYNE, so no surprises that these business interest folks are trying to take from the city to give to the county.
Women and Children first as the Taxing Board attempts to also save the salaries of overpaid incompetent elected officials. Plus some of the Board members serving should not be on the board, Pat Roller for one. And is Laura Fries, Sheriff's Fries wife? Come on people, how big is Allen County that you have to tap these folks family members.
