Tased by Police: Detroit Teenager Robert Mitchell

Robert Mitchell was a passenger in vehicle stopped by Warren police officers. The vehicle was stopped in Detroit. Mitchell was reported to have ran after existing the vehicle. Mitchell was pursued by the Warren officers into an abandoned building.

Mitchell was taken to the hospital after being tased. Mitchell died. The death of Mitchell has family members and organizations questioning what exactly happened on that fateful day.

Mitchell was the second teenager in Michigan to be tased in one month and would later die. The family of Mitchell is contemplating a lawsuit.

This is my question? Why are police officers allowed to use a taser when there are more than one officer at the scene and there is no weapon presence? Can we say Ronnie King? Matter of fact, Ronnie what do you have to say about this ?
