The Acitrezza Art Association in the Community of Acicastello presented its 3rd Annual painting award show. The show held on March 7, 2010 in Italy had two Americans in the show, Laura Barbiere Hodges and Cristina Vigo. Hodges had a huge scenic painting of a village in Italy and Vigo, had a painting of her daughter.
Vigo, in explaining her painting stated that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. One could say that all the artists renditions were truly beauties coming from their passion for creating their masterpiece. Barbiere Hodges walked away with an award for her artwork.
