Giddy Dubya Bush Goes to Baghdad

I decided that the early morning was a good time to go outside and trim the bushes and pull the weeds. From the front to the sides of the house, I went on a mission to beat the heat of the sun. After, a couple of hours, I got too comfortable, and the power trimmer sliced a finger. No pain but lot of bloods, pain would come later.

I decided to call it quits on the yard work. I needed to tend to the finger. After that decided to prepare a meal. After completing the meal, there on the television was the Commander in Chief, Mr. George W. Bush, Jr.

President was briefing the press and the public, I guess, on his secret mission. He had taken a trip to see how determined was leadership in Iraq and if they had the will to win the war, with the support of the United States Military.

Dubya seemed so proud that he surprised so many people, as our country #1 terrorist with the United States' ability to enter enemy territory with so few knowing of his arrival in the capital of Iraq. Is that not scary? Bush used the time to pump up the morale of the troops. The troops surely needed to hear how proud the American public was of their commitment to Bush's war. Even, if troopers presence there was based upon an untruth. Or lie? I'm sure Dubya wanted to beat his chest among the troops about the Zarqawi's slaughter in his "safe house."

I was amazed at the glee from Bush in telling about a man who wouldn't take Dubya phone call, but how the guy was stuck sitting right next to him. Was that showing how much influence the United States had in running this war? What was the man to do, George? George only gave a five minute warning that he would be sitting at the man's table. Bush arrogantly gloated at his ability to move about the country in secret and the government by the people for the people didn't have a clue about his next move.

The President says it is up to the people of Iraq to win this war. I am wondering, why is that. Our troops are there for support so what does the American people get for the many lives that had been lost and will be lost? The world will be a more safe place is just not good enough.

Bush was right to keep his visit a secret in a place where millions of men fall to their knees at once to pray. Now that is real power that Bush will never obtain will chest-pumping.
