The new ruling weak evidence to detain

In Fort Wayne, Indiana Chase bank was robbed in Southgate Plaza. Three individuals who were of interest to the police were picked up according to a televised news report. Two of the individuals of interest were shown in handcuffs, one was an African-American male another raced white male, the third was not shown. The third was not shown because it was a juvenile, more than likely.

The three were picked up in front of a home located on Hanna and Baxter Street. The vehicle that fit the description of a vehicle used in the robbery with Alabama license was parked in front of the house where the three individual were located.

The news later reported that the two older individuals were released. This is one reason that the Supreme Court was wrong in giving the police the freedom to detain individual based on weak evidence. Individuals need to learn to say no, under this new ruling.
