The View announced Rosie would replace Meredith Vieira. But, with that can the rumors that Rosie and Star were in dispute about a few issues. Now you do not want to put a lawyer into that type of situation. But you knew that Star’s light was about to be dimmed. This is creating a hostile working environment, hoping for the best. Therefore, on Tuesday, it was no news that Star was not returning for the fall. The news was the off script Star’s comment on her contract about her leaving The View.

The diva put The View and Barbara Walter's sugarcoated good-bye into rewrite. As Star stole the spotlight and worked her pink girl power without the Barbara’s BOO-HOO moment, and snuffed out the creative differences explanation. Did Barbie WAA-WAA forget that she was dealing with a diva? You are talking about a lawyer and a diva, this woman was going to have her say! It was going to be the diva interviewed having her say, her words going in print, her public relation team hyping her exit. Not the carefully crafted pretentious, “we love you Star,” to replace the brutal Donald Trump’s YOU”RE FIRED. Star says she was fired, the lawyer said she was fired. I believe she was fired, and she was not leaving with the boot up her rear end. She just took the boot out of her rear end, placed the boot on The View’s table, and walked away with her dignity.

So now that the two divas have left The View, let us see how long other viewers stop watching a show with a format that is no longer about diverse women views.
