My sisters were excited about seeing Barack Obama up close. The online sister was able to shake his hand and get her copy of the Audacity to Hope autographed. I watched the live stream in a distance city and was disappointed in the level of high profile Democratic leadership absence at the town hall meeting. No surprise, I have said time and time and time again that Democrats are Republicans in drag.
But Obama told them. This is what he said, he can't do it alone, he needs the voters. That's right, he knows established leadership does not support his campaign. Obama has said it time and time again, that it is up to the people to get him elected and that's the message that he gave to the late morning crowd.
Obama was able to get over 2000 Hoosiers to come to a town hall meeting on race in Fort Wayne ! I think that made a whole lot of Hillary's supporters oh so sad. Too bad.
