Tie breaker-Indiana-Did Hillary really win?

Forgive me for rehashing the decision on the win in Indiana for Hillary. But the 1.39% win has me on the iffy fence. Over 11,000 absentee voters makes me think some votes were not counted. And you do know that Indiana pollitician are conservatives that would do anything to save face for their native son, Senator Evan Bayh. What say you about the eked out win for Hillary in Indiana?
