CNN: Black in America probably did not consider the second largest city in Indiana for its program. But had Soledad O'Brien decided to profile Fort Wayne, Indiana, she would have discovered how much of the old community of American Americans have been deconstructed. For example in one census tract in the heart of the city, Hanna_Creighton, which make up is over 81% African-Americans has been reduced to less than 2,100 residents within 28 years. The area is called the Hanna-Creighton neighborhood in the 1960 had over 6000 residents. By the 2000, over 70% of the population have been displaced, redlined out of an area that is in close proximity to a 30$ million baseball field. Many of those African-American who were redlined ended up in an area that is home to an old landfill.
