Fort Wayne the city that called wolf during their yearly budget

The gig is up. The City of Fort Wayne is now faced with laying off and eliminating positions to cut back on its budget. Over the years the City has forced the cost of its bloated budget on homeowners through property taxes. Precluding the fact during this same time period, the city has squandered away millions of federal government dollars earmarked toward improving the city's stone-age existence. The City is now on the cusp of a financial crisis. An accounting will halt the stealing and wasting taxpayers' dollars on pet projects, nepotism and cronyism, at least, for a moment.

Cause the chickens have come home to roost. The City is borrowing funds to take care of its needy and cutting the positions of females with the least power. Yes, folks, the chicken has come home to roost. With the state limitation on extracting dollars from property owners, the city must go within. With a fake cut back of a 4 day week an 10 hours shift, the inevitable is just around the corner, more jobs will be lost.

Trying time my foot. Deceptive practice is more like it. For example, the City of Fort Wayne participation in certain housing projects.

Hiding behind fake housing program to increase the tax base has been exposed. We know now that state after state are experiencing high foreclosure rates from predatory lending. Predatory lending by the City of Fort Wayne was exposed by Acorn in 2006.

The City of Fort Wayne, nevertheless, continued down that path supporting more program that over assessed property to be sold to unsuspecting home buyers under unscrupulous shenanigans. Now the City of Fort Wayne, in denial for so long, budget' shortfall will soon be outed in the same manner, that Acorn in 2006 exposed the predatory lending practices of the City of Fort Wayne towards African-Americans and other low end spenders.

This time the information will come from the federal government. The City of Fort Wayne will have to expose their dirty dealing to prevent the escalating foreclosure rate of FHA home. The carrot and stick method proposed by the federal government is that bank will have to refinance FHA homes under the 30 years fix rate while forgiving the old preexisting loan. Me think this will expose more homes, this time high end housing, that were sold under fraudulent conditions.

All of this while the City of Fort Wayne New Mayor seeks a balanced budget..Greg Purcell got in position just in the nick of times.

Stay tuned...

  1. and you can be assured that not one person of position will spend even a day in club fed for criminal racketeering, perjury, conspiracy, obstruction, wire fraud, or the usual charges.
and thats not even including "cherrymaster-gate"- the bigest ilegal gambling racket in the history of allen county- the cops, the courts, the mayors, the councils, the county treasurer, and many state officials are all in on it- no charges filed in that either.
