Kevin and Heather are full of bullshit

Kevin Leininger of the News-Sentinel and Heather Presley, both play low income resident as stupid. Both work on speaking to raced white folks about the lack of information African-Americans have and informing African-American with half-truth and misinformation. Leininger writes another story about Renaissance Project but blames African-Americans for wanting unqualified African-Americans to be a part of the project.

"The stakes are too high to worry about the niceties of arcane federal regulations."

Nice one Kevin Leininger, but affirmative action is not dead and nothing about protecting the rights of Fort Wayne low income residents hobbled under the blatant history of the city for discriminating should be viewed as arcane.

STand Down is what Kevin Leininger from his smarter than other black folk half, Heather Presley, because one of her parents' is raced white. hello!!!

“It’s disheartening to hear Gerald’s still talking about this. We are in compliance (with Department of Housing and Urban Development guidelines), and HUD has told him to stand down,” said Heather Presley, the city’s deputy director for Housing and Neighborhood Services.

Stand down Heather? is the African-American community a war zone that is being strategically destroyed in your request for Gerald Foday, Esq., - Executive Director of the Metropolitan Human Relations Commission to stand down!!!

Heather Presley is not interested in the residents living in this area, and what is the Section 3 Hud coordinator doing to recruit individuals beyond their family members and friends?

And Leininger who could even care even more less about African-Americans does not even get a quote from a knowledgeable legal expert, Metropolitan Human Relations Commission Director Gerald Foday, instead Leininger goes to a bias source, Byram Trice.

"Sitting on his newly added front porch, the 54-year-old Trice – one of 13 Renaissance Pointe residents to renovate their homes with the city’s help, said he’s heard complaints about the lack of minorities receiving direct economic benefits from all the construction that’s been going on. But he thinks that criticism is wrong, for at least two reasons."

Hello TRice, folks are making millions and millions of dollars on this project and it ain't folks like you who should have a new house to replace your old house instead of a PORCH!!!!! But, Trice you wait until you start getting one of those new tax bill that I wrote about and the ones that will be coming in the future.

Leininger gets a quote from a single neighbor on qualified folks working on the Renaissance Pointe Project, and disses Foday. The project is not just hammer and nails, it is insurance, contracts, drafting documents and more. And Leninger and Trice can not convince me that there are not folks living in the area who are overly qualified. Futhermore, Mr. Leininger, knows that OJT (on the job training) takes care of those folks who live in the area who are not on ready alert.

Several lawsuits should be filed and they should have filed yesterday. Has anyone contacted the Urban League or the Reverend Jesse Jackson about this oversight?

or send complaints here:

Assistant Secretary for Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity
United States Department of Housing and Urban Development
451 Seventh Street, SW
Washington, DC 20410

The complaint must be received not later than 180 days from the date of the action or omission upon which the complaint is based, unless the time for filing is extended by the Assistant Secretary for good cause shown.
