Mayor Tom Henry speaks out on the lack of diversity to the Burmese Community

I am finding it a little hard to believe that Mayor Tom Henry is gravely concerned about the Burmese community. I write this, because the Mayor has been challenged about his lack of inclusiveness within his own administration !! Especially, when the majority of African-Americans lives within the core of the city.
