I would say that it is. The newspaper suggest that there was a 60% turnout to vote in Allen Couty with the number of voters in the range of 150,000. So that would mean 60,000 did not vote. That would put the eligible voters are 310,000, when an early report put the number of eligible voters at over 253,000.
So why are not party leaders not questioning the election board about its voters' roll?
